A Classic "Reply All" Faux Pas

I was looking through some old email at the weekend and found a classic example of a "reply all" mistake.  I have pasted the edited thread below, it is in chronological order, and only the names have changed.  The rest is exactly as it happened.  Outstanding.

I usually use a wire brush and comet.  But then I would bleed for a week.  Once the scabs fell off I felt great.
